Not sure why IM struggling so, IM using live shad. Not any good big ones an my numbers are terrible. most of the fish IM getting are near flats with 25 foot or more deeper water close, couple hours would normally boat 5-7 fish only getting one an two, early an late, and mostly from grass but some mud banks water 64-66, obey & wolf area, water is dirty almost stagnet looking, no sm show signs of nesting but are about ready to pop. some runs early in the week all we got back was shreaded bait never took it in....

saw your boat all rigged with that plumbing nightmare.Also saw Larrys rig with those yellow anteneas. Was throwing a 3 inch swim bait, and got a 24 inch brown fish, alas it was a flathead cat. might take you up on some bait next week. going to try dragging ballons about 15 to 20 ft down, my articial days are numbered. Got some gills and shellcrackers last week, but they moved on.
