Holy Smoke is all I can say! I've never seen fishing this easy on this lake before. Dad and I easily caught over 100 bass today! I had 1 keep and we both had a couple come off at the boat that woulda went to the board. I lost a pig in the bushes this morning! Shakey head and crank baits. We fished shallow, flats, main lake, points, secondary pts, bushes, it didn't matter. Color didn't matter either. Grn pumpkin to black. Hopefully heading south will bring better size, but this is a blast! 13-14 inch bass are a blast, including the smallies! We had about 20 of them, biggest was 14inches! Water temps started @ 66 this morning and 72 this evening.

man i love the days at barkley like that. sounds like a blast man. good luck the rest of the trip. will be leaving 2 weeks from tom. hopefully them pigs will be ready to bite that buzzbait then.
