    On bandit 300's I used to replace the hooks with one size bigger owner hooks and the fish seemed to not come off as easily. I done this when I tournament fished alot and it helped.

    I started using a medium action rod with a moderate tip and sharply decreased the number of fish I loose on lipless cranks.

    Well I use the new G-Loomis Moderate Deep Flex Crankbait Rod and it's very limber so I don't think the Rod is the problem.
