It's sad guys but I have believed for a very long time this goes on way more than people want to think. Whenever money is involved there are going to be people do the wrong thing.
This world is full and I mean full of low life scumbags. People who cheat are the same thing as thieves that steal. If you catch them ban them from tournaments the rest of their life and let every guy in the parking lot bust him in the mouth at least once.
