Here's my 2 cents. A recent tour of jury duty has enlightened me.
I agree with bullmerc, No crime was commited. Fact
Tournament officials let them off the hook. Fact
I wont fish againt these guys accused of cheating and wont fish tournaments held by those officials. "IF" what happened really took place then one is just as bad as the other. One for "attempting" to cheat, and the other for not enforcing tournament rules.
