As long as there is not a frontal passage the storms and cloudy weather should be an asset to fishing especially since GRL is unusually clear for this time of year. Some of the best fishing I've had on Green has been before or after storms. Just be sure to take cover well before a storm hits. If it's steady or intermittent rain showers I'd be sure to be in there fishing all I could regardless of the species I was interested in catching. Good luck.
