Super spots are super light. The 1/2oz models are really only like 1/4oz. Which has its place like when the waters really cold and you want a real slow retrieve or in ultra shallow water. But for most lipless crankin id go with a different brand, whatever your confident in.

I am going strictly with the Excaliber XR series. Seems to have great hooks, goes through grass great, casts great, and it holds up with the hard bottom of KY lake and like Barren River. I have a plano box with every kind of rattle bait and would be willing to sell it. It prolly has 50-60 maybe more. Mostly 1/2 oz. and three main colors Chrome, red, and chartruse.
