I'm located in Palmyra,the bottom is 4 foot wide and it also has 2010 D.N.R. launch permit and John Hay,Salinda permit.plus 3 children's life jackets(2 very nice neoprene and one is standard orange P.F.D.).I will try to post pictures soon.
