Went striper fishing last night,figured the spot I was in yesterday would be cold, went to my favorite [secret,even fish forgot where it was]One dink, one miss, back home, two rods backlashed beyound my limited night vision,but gonna be ready next sunday through thursday night to wear em out.

was the shad up last night, I went wednesday night. stayed until 2:am the shad never did come up. caught one good walleye, the only bite I had. caught it on a strawberry color little mac.

I left at 10:30, and thetre wasn't any noticble shad activity close to the banks. I noticed several boats heading to the or towards the end od indian creek both nights, maybe the shad are still shallow, they were jammed in there earlier this spring.
