Rough & Nolin Water Conditions

I was heading to one of these lakes tomorrow and was wondering what the water conditions were like after all this rain? Are people catching bass or do they have lock jaw? Thanks Ryan.

Not sure if this is going to answer your question, but I fished Rough River Lake yesterday (Sunday) and my buddy and I caught around 15 or so - only 3 were keepers though. There was a Bass Federation tourney yesterday too, you might want to check their web site out to see how the weights went. The winning weight for our club tourney was a little over 11 lbs. Most everybody in our club weighed fish - so the bass were biting. Not sure how they are biting today, but they were fairly active yesterday!

FISHED THERE YESTERDAY. The water was clear in the main lake to muddy up the creeks and back of some pockets. the temp was great. Some bass are bedding some are staging some just milling around. They are in all stages of spawn right now at Rough. We caught several and had several keepers and good slots. Lost one around 4.
