Track conditions

If these weather boys are right they are gonna have their work cut out for them Saturday maintaining some decency to that track. Wave 3 and Whas 11 both reported that the all time wettest day on Derby recorded was 3.81 inches of rain and both weather departments said they think we will top that. Whas said we may get 5 inches before this system decides to move along. Wow, if it's that wet that track will be a Lob Lolly.

It never fails, Derby weather always stinks, every year almost. Oh well nothing we can do about it.

Ive never been to Derby and being that this is my last year here and I have free tickets, Im going. Too bad it will be the infield. At least Im hoping the wet and mud may make things a bit more interesting if I cant see the horses run.
