Terrible and something that should not have happened. Prayers for the officer and hopefully justice for the criminal.

Doneghy is charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident, five counts of assault, and multiple counts of drug possession. He was also wanted on two bench warrants

I hope that SCUMBAG, piece of GARBAGE that ran him down gets the needle.

Actually, taking him out back and pumping some lead into him is probably better. At least then he will not cost the taxpayer MILLIONS in dollars in appeals for what is clearly MURDER.

    Sickening.

    Later,

    Geo

My thoughts and prayers go out to Ofc. Durman and his family... I work at the Fayette Co. Detention center and i seen Donaghey when he came in.... In all honesty that guy shouldnt have been out of jail in the first place....

I don't doubt your word...I wonder why, when it's clearly evident that some people just shouldn't be released, then why the heck do they get released anyway? Now look what we have because of it...an idiot who's back where he belongs, one good man gone and a family left behind. Sometimes (lots of times), I am ye of little faith when it comes to our justice system.

Yes, prayers please. Bryan grew up across the street from me, his mom and brother still live there. I use to work with his older brother. Such a sad thing to happen to a good family! Ryan, I think Bryan has a sister that works at the Detention Center. It makes me teary eyed just typing this. Thanks, Brian Penrod.

My heart goes out to his family. It is always a sad day when a public servant such as a police officer, fireman, or soldier gets killed in the line of duty. Please take time today to remind people of just how important these people are to all of us.
