I was wondering about you guys at the plant. I thought they abandoned ship at 25 ft. Glad it was able to stay online. I bet the pictures are insane.![]()

About 4:30 this morning (abouit a half hour ago)...it was raining here in Valley Station! (Tuesday morning). Geesh man...enough already!!
On a separate note, while watching the morning news I'm seeing that Nashville has taken a real beating on this....this morning they are 12' ABOVE flood stage! The downtown music district is flooded (I'm not sure but I don't think The Ryman Auditorium is flooded since it sits higher up the hill), as well as several other out lying areas that also includes Opry Mills Mall. I kind of consider Nasvhille to be one of my homes away from home, I sure hope the water recedes soon and no more rain comes there way anytime soon. Closer to home Burkesville is taken a pounding too, I've heard people had to be moved from the Cumberland Lodge (on the bank of the Cumberland River) to the state park lodge.
We're getting a taste of what life would be like if the dam at Cumberland were to fail.

With all the flooding at Opry Mills, does that mean all the boats at Basspro are now considered used boats?
I got thinking about that big fish tank in Basspros, and wonder if the fish are still in it. Worse yet, down at the end of the mall, that Seafood place that had the giant fish tanks with the SHARKS in it. Are they still there, or are they now somewhere crusing the Cumberland River?![]()
