That's sad to hear about the spawn, but most of the guys I have talked to says most of the fish haven't spawned yet on Barren because that lake has a late spawn due to the fish waiting for "Water Stability" meaning they wait for the water to reach the level it will stay at for most of the summer. So maybe not all is lost here.
