The cranking stick from bass pro is supposed to be a quality rod. I know one pro who uses them or at least he used to. I wouldnt use one only because I dont like the power hump grip they use but alot of people like the grip so its a matter of preference. But my advice would be to shell out another $20 and get something with a lifetime gurantee. The rod will last a long time that way. The shimano Compre comes to mind. It will run you $100.
