Has anybody been to wolf creek on cumberland?

I'm working in james town and drove to dam at lunch. talked to two guys as the were rigging their boat for ride home. around 11:30 am central time they caught two trout. They were dragging bottom using the berkley dough bait and showed me a nice 23 in. rainbow. If i fished all morning and had a 23 in. bow I'd say good day! They didn't know the water temp and water looked normal blue green.
