This is why, when I am stopped at a Red Light, when the light turns green, I never start through until I am sure they all stop in the other direction. KY Finally passed a Distracted Drivers Law, which bars texting and other things while driving but not Cell Phone use and that is where I believe most of the problems are coming from. 95 percent of the time when I see someone run a Red Light they have one hand or the other next to their ear and are on a Cell Phone. Be alert and becareful:
