    Kentucky / Barkley Now Open

    I just saw where "most of Kentucky and barkley are open to recreational open" again. I'm sure what they mean by "most" though. Anybody?

    I believe they have a "safe-zone" that includes 2 miles above and below both dams, that is off limits.
