    What about it? I think I will wait and see if it is true first. remeber, anybody can make allegations and sue anybody they want. Heck, by false allegations some people still think Pitino forced himself on the Sypher chick, despite the fact that when it was supposed to have happened he was playing golf at Pebble Beach, complete with plane tickets, signed scorecards and doezens of people actually seeing him there. Like I sadi, I will wait and see on this one.

    What a bunch of BS. To me it looks like Davis is just trying to divert the blame to someone else. It won't work, and being a magistrate, he's got to know that. Those customers didn't contract with Masiello, they contracted with Davis, and HE is the only one responsible for paying them back.     Now Davis is trying to drag Dallas Stewart's name into it. I've known Dallas since he was an exercise rider in Wayne Lukas's barn, worked for him for a while, and he's a good man. I truly don't believe he would have anything to do with any shady dealings like this, and I KNOW he wouldn't need the money. Plus, like the article says, just because he's a trainer doesn't mean he automatically has tickets. If you're not saddling a horse in the Derby, those tickets are hard to get, doesn't matter who you are.

    I live in Oldham County and I can tell you there are alot of people that think Davis is QUITE shady at best, lol.

    He should have known the only "prime" seat Massielo ever had was when he was on the UK bench as a walk-on. Stevie don't know nothin' about that money.

    Stevie needs to do something with that hair though...........
