Friiday, 7 April, was at West Point, at Salt River access ramp. Salt River was up so high, there was only about 15 feet of the access road left. The water was within 7-10 of the box on the bank by the office where you pay the ramp fee. Out on the River side at West Point Park, the water was just 7-8 feet below the rip wrap at the parking lot. Much debris, some off it Lock Ness Monster sized. River totally mud, and very fast.
