    Nolin conditions

Now that lake levels are stable, hoping to make a trip to Nolin tomorrow for some bass and walleye. However, I was wondering how much
debris is still on the lake. Don't want to run the boat
through a lumberyard. Heard Wax was horrible, but curious what the situation looks like now. Thanks in advance!

    Re: Nolin conditions

You guys would probably be better off to go down the lake towards the dam. Maybe put in at Moutardier, Briar Creek, or Nolin Dam. Last week the water wasn't in too bad of shape, but there was more floating debris up the lake than down south. Plus the wind was blowing making it even harder to see logs and such in the middle of the lake. I drove just fast enough to get on plane when I went up the lake, but down below Moutardier, I could actually go a little faster because the debris wasn't as thick. Good Luck.
