Now that they are droppin the lake is the current carrying the debris down to the dam yet? Are there any usable ramps? Is there any water with better than 2" visibility?

you can put in @ emeral isle (taylor county dock) but the lake still needs several more feet before you can use the others.by the time they get the lake down it'll probably have cleared up anyway.be extremely carefull,heard it was bad and dont know where all that debris is going to go.

Dad and I are looking at Tuesday to go fishing SOMEWHERE, but we have already decided it would be a Trolling/idle only trip unless things improve a whole lot in the debris department.

Drove down today. The lower lake-dam area is not real bad as far as debris goes. If you can get in at Emerald Isle you can idle or troll across the lake and go through "the cut" as we call it here. You'd be in the lower lake area then. There's some debris there but not real bad. If I can get away from work this week that's what I'm going to do. Water is very dirty everywhere. Be careful if you go.
