    Bullfrogs on plastic worms ?

Guy i work with went to bernheim forest lake yesterday. Comes in this morning telling me he caught 10 big bullfrogs on a 5 inch plastic worm in grass 5 ft. From the bank. He said they were fighting each other to get to the worm. I was laughing my @##@ off. Anyway has anybody ever heard of catching bullfrogs on plastic worms ???

My day is complete ! I learned something new today. Also here another one for you all---i respooled a reel last week and took it to the back yard to test it out--put on a texas rigged worm so it wouldnt stick in the grass. Bird swoops down grabs the worm and trys to fly off. I jerked the worm out of its mouth and it fell back to the ground. So i thought to myself........well if i cant go fishing onthe lake ill just stay home and go birdfishing !!!!!!!!!---:d--lol

While out with a fly rod I found a lot of bullfrogs setting on lily pads, wouldn't hit a fly dangled in front of them, tied on a bare hook with a little piece of tin foil from a cigarette pack and they would hit it.

While cruising back to the boat ramp one evening a bat flew down and hit a spinner bait I had hanging about a foot from the rodend. Didn't know what I was going to do with it but he finally got off. Chuck

LOL...while fishing the Stick Marsh in Florida I had a 3 ft Gator smash my floating worm, I got him to the boat and pulled him up to take a pic. You can see the worm hanging out of his mouth.

My mom caught one while surf fishing once. Actually, it just got tangled up in her line while it was sitting on top of the water. We had to throw a towel over it so I could hold it down while she cut the line. **** thing bit me on the nose! He finally flew off, but he was plenty PO'ed. If only we could have got it on video, it probably would have won the $100,000 on America's Funniest.
