KY / Barkley Lake

What is the latest with these lakes, can anybody help me on this? Are they pulling a bunch of water...is it still close? My father has his yearly tournament Fri and Sat.; the last I heard...both lakes would be open Wed.??

Last I heard on here, Ky Lake is open with the exception of 2 miles upstream from teh dam.
