Where are all the slab crappies hiding? When the lakes subside i plan to go searching for my second favorite species. What are some good crappie lakes in the central part of the state?

Good question. Just when they moved into the bushes on Dale, the water came up 4 feet. Now they are drawing down,go figure. But I like to troll hot n tots any way, no small fish.

I usually ignore crappie fishing til summer whne they school up so tight yuou can net like peter himself, then hit em with roadrunners...
