Took an hour for him to commit and come on in this evening. 23 1/4 lbs 1 1/4'' spurs and 10 1/2 inch beard. I am hooked~

Congrats, motoroil. That's a great turkey. For your first bird, it's a bruiser! I've been hunting turkeys for about 8 years fairly hard and have yet to get one. So, trust me, I'M IMPRESSED! Good luck the rest of the season.
