in Hoptown now;...going out at 7am to do some scouting with wife for good water conditions on Ky. Lake... for the bass fishing I'd like to do Fri / Sat. Got a "Family" Reunion tournament Fri / Sat.; will look for good ramps for accesss. Will post a report on scouting results Thur. evening.
Big Bear, Buckhorn, Kenlake, White Beach, Jonathan Creek on Kentucky Lake - off the top of my head are all Okay. Most other should be fine in a short while.
What does the lake/ramp look like up at the KY Dam Village ramp?
As of yesterday at 7pm the water was totally over the ramp at Kentucky Dam and covered 3/4 of lane that pulls to the ramp itself. Most people were launching their boats at the bottom of the parking lot that still had plenty of water. There is suppose to be a large tournament out of there on Saturday. I am not sure how they will handle that if the water does not drop at least a couple of feet between now and Saturday morning.
Thanks, everettvet, that helps me out quite a bit. Will need to put in somewhere else.
