I agree with zx150 - leave a message with the Pine Tree Inn and they'll call you back. The guy who owns it is a VERY nice guy, will be more than happy to work with you!!

I had the same experience with that hotel about a month ago...no one would answer the phone!! I eventually left a message and the owner called me the next day - luckily I was able to get one of the last rooms that weekend!!
