Nolin Lake

Fished nolin this weekend and stayed in the cabins. The water was up 16 feet. The tail waters where unfishable.We went for crappie and blue gills on this trip caught 100 keeper blue gill, down from last year. The bass where in the trees of the flooded area, found a couple of hours to catch a couple of bass. All in all still beat staying home.

Where did you catch the bluegill? We had some family down and couldn't catch any good ones. We tried in Piney creek with no success.

We did manage to catch bass on white Zoom trick worms. Saw some other guys who were fishing main lake points with crankbaits(DD22 Blue/Chart) and carolina rigs.
