Windy windy windy. I went out for a couple hours before work today. Only one other boat in the lot. Caught 11 with nothing over 18". Had 4 that were pretty close but they just would stretch! Cold weather seems to of pushed them back down pretty far. Everything was caught on trigger craws or jigs. With the water still going down you can see all the Gil beds. They are all empty so it seems the spawn is completely over.

Not many other guys fishing with all the rain we have had. I am waiting until the sun comes back out and the winds calm down.

I may fish tomorrow but not sure where I'll go yet. It might be a nice day to drive up to Patoka Lake for the first time this year. It's been two years since I fished that lake.

I'd wait another 2 and go to Barkley or Kentucky.

im headed to barkley dam tomorrow morning... hoping to get on some fish.

We did pretty well around the old marina there. But I haven't fished the north end since the flood.
