Heading down to ky lake for the weekend for some bass fishing and havent been to the lake this year just wondering if anyone had any info on what the fish were doing. I have heard about some fish being caught on the ledges cranking but wasnt sure of the water color or anything will report when we get back.

our club tourny was won on the ledges in the bays today along with 2nd and third. 22lb, 19lb and 18lb respecitively. i on the other hand caught over 100 bass today on deep points on c-rigs and crankbaits and only had 10 lbs. so if you want a lot of fish do what i did, if you want a big sack fish the ledges in the creeks. crankbaits and spinnerbaits on the drops were the ticket, thats what i will be doing tomorrow.

Had a really good weekend on kentucky caught over 100 fish on sat most all were around the two pound area. sea rig on the ledges was the most productive how ever we did catch a bunch flipin up in the back of the bays. The sec day we also caught over 100 fish and we were off the water by 2 most on baby brush hog and i also caught some fish early on a big spoon one in which was a 21 inch brown yea that was almost worth the whole trip right there. But thanks for the info and i hope you all get down there soon its too much fun to miss out on. were already thinking about plaining another trip soon and hope to find some biger fish but who can complain about two days 200 fish haha good luck guys
