Indian or Celina?

I've noticed the panfish are getting smaller at Indian, especially since 2007 when I wore out the 10-11 inch crackers.

I'm not trying to be mean here but why do panfisherman complain about small size of fish or numbers of fish, yet everytime out they keep a mess to eat? Isn't the problem all the panfisherman eating all the big panfish? I dunno why but it bugs the crap out of me when I see them bitching about the size or numbers yet they eat them all!
