George Bush, Sr. never did Arlington while President. He attended services in smaller US Military Cemetaries around the nation. Similar to what Obama did by going to a cemetery in Illinois. I think the fact that Bush was a Naval Officer gives him a pass from critics on his love of America. I mean what else can a man do but give years of his life to the service?

Obama on the other hand has had associations with Terrorists, Muslim teachings, controversy surrounding his birth certificate and on and on so it does look worse. His name, his statements and some of his actions make him a target and I could care less if it's fair. His past is up for scrutiny and I still don't believe we know all there is to know about this guy.
