This only applies to Wax, Moutardiar, and the Ponderosa marinas....as they have a lease from the Corps of Engineers. And even then, it only applies if they have posted signs that prohibit fishing. This does not apply to privately owned docks. I've had an in depth conversation with the Game Warden who gave this instruction to all who was at the Wax Tournament, and that echoes what he said Friday night.
