Where R the fish bitein?

I have been fishing pretty deep, been throwing a jig on deep banks. i was at bluegrass yesterday(6-13) during the hottest part of the day 2 pm and caught a 20 inch and a 18 1/4 inch bass, many 14 incher too.

I've had to go deep, 20-30 feet, dragging soft plastics down ledges.

I dont know if any of you look at the astro table but this past weekend was the best rated fishing weekend of the year so far. It was like 92-96-89 out of 100 for friday- sat- sun.

EDIT: I just checked the table and the prime fishing period on sunday was 12:44 to 4:16

I caught 4 bass between 2.5-3lbs this weekend slow rolling a 5/16 swim jig with a 5in double tail grub.

a few other 1lbs as well. Yesterday was my best day (Fished from 12-4 and caught 3 of the big ones yesterday)

also Paul, is you read this I am coming in July 2nd... didnt know what you had going on that weekend.

Good ol' summer time deep fishing. 3/4 football heads, Carolina rigs, 1oz spinner baits. What else could a guy ask for!!!
