An A frame on the shore of lake sinclair, boat dock, quiet back water,city water, only problem, people live close by. thats where my son wants me to move to. think KY is hot in the summer, try centeral georgia.He has it for sale,but no takers. With the poor economy and banks not lending money, its standing there vacant. We had a family get together there two summers ago, and I used to fish there in the fall.No give me these corp lakes, no buildings on the water,quiet fall days.I'm thinking he wants close to 150,00 for it. he lives in atlanta, works there too, it was supposed to be a get away for him and his wife, but she had her cancer come back, and lost the third round.Maybe thats another reason I dont care for the place.
