Crazy thing is, P'cola Beach was about like this too. It was great seeing all the news crews zooming on little patches like this to make you think the whole beach was a toxic mess. In reality this stuff was cleaned up at low tide and there hasnt been any on the beaches since. At least between me and Pcola. Its been beautiful down here.
