headed down to green river to fish friday evening and night. i have never been to green and will probably put in at the state ramp. any help on water clarity or what the fish are doing would be appreciated. plan on trying to catch a smallie and a muskie for the first time thanks.

The water clarity is good. Bass fishing has been good to excellent lately. Stay between Lone Valley ramp and Butler Creek for the best smallie fishing this time of the year. Probably the best way to catch a muskie for someone who is unfamilar with muskie fishing is to fish the regular bass haunts with cranks and spinners. As for the nightfishing, "fishin is life" could give you a lot better advice about that than I can.
