This kid should file charges against this A$$
I dont understand why that politician would be so defensive against that student. The student was well dressed and polite and not aggressive which is unlike reporters. I found the politician to be the aggressive one and angry for no apparent reason. Very werid indeed. Thats funny Don!
Getting physical like that was a stupid move. But frankly, I don't blame the guy for being annoyed. To me, common courtesy says you identify yourself before you start asking questions with cameras rolling. But being on public property, the kid does have the right to do it, rude or not, and the congressman doesn't, as he says, have "the right to know who he is." It seems Rep. Etheridge could use a refresher course on the Constitution.
