Doug on front page

Doug replaced the impeller on my boat motor last year, so I have met him in person.

My wristwatch immediately stopped working when I shook his hand. My cell phone went dead in order to avoid any photo op.

I have since met him on the river and all electronics on my boat seized up until he was 100 yards away. My digital camera hid in my glove box for three days and refused to be found. It was afraid it would have to capture his image. Oh, the humanity.

Here's a song my uncles used to sing that is a tribute to Doug.
