Motor Question ,, OLD Mercury

i may be buying a boat that has a early 70's mercury on it and it has some problems with the coil packs, its not that there bad its just the wireing is messed up, so im told. does any one on here fix or know any one who could for a decent price in the louisville / bullit county area ??? im really only buying it because of the boat , i have a little 15hp motor but the motor it has on it is a 25hp and would push it around a little better. the boat is in gerat shape and has been painted and looks good for a 35 year old boat. its a 15ft v-hull. if any one can help i would greatly appreciate it, thanks
