Any of you guys work in an HR department or have experience with resumes care to look mine over for problems? I enjoy my work but there are things I'm not happy with at my current job so I want to keep my options open. I am very grateful to have a job right now, but for the past 8 months or so I've been traveling about 50% of the time and it's causing problems with family and fun. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Just a note of advice. Once you get your resume updated and sounding good enough that you would hire YOU, keep it updated. If you complete college courses, take in-house training courses, received company rewards, teach classes, receive promotions, implement new programs, etc., add the date and list your latest accomplishments. It can get you unexpected promotions and raises. Keep a solid network of potential employers and don't be afaid to befriend them and provide your email address.
My husband is required to keep his resume updated at all times. It is because everyone from the CEO to District Managers to the Project Manager and Clients, may request it at any time. Three or four years ago his resume was reviewed by the CEO and he received a $20k raise to bring his salary in line with others who held the same college degrees and years of experience.
