I would be all for those things. I'd love for residents to have to park their vehicles in their own driveways or garages as well. Apparently, people have too much junk and too many cars to pull that off, though.

If I ever find myself having to park a vehicle on the street in our neighborhood, it's time to sell stuff or get a storage facility.
