    Much Needed Rain

Finally a little rain falling here in Lexington. Hopefully getting a little more throughout the day. This should set up the creek nicely for Tuesday Mr Tipton. Keep an eye on that stream flow.

3/4 inch so far here in the Oldham County LaGrange area. This has been a nice one for us. I had 5/8 inch here at work on the Oldham/Jefferson County line.

We picked one red ripe tomato on Tuesday but all the others are still green. They are looking good though. Can't wait to have fresh home grown tomatoes for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Touch of pepper and salt and mmmmmmmmmmmmm good.

Caught Elkhorn on the rise this morning. Couldn't get a sniff on topwater but caught three nice smallies and a huge goggle eye on a jig. Water was rising pretty fast and getting stained.
