well I fished the ohio river again last night. that was my second time ever fishing it. and I did a little better last night, than I did on my first trip. I have a set of digitial scales, but the battery was dead. so just had to guess the weight of the fish. fished until 12:20 and boated 2 fish. the first one was a blue about 20 lb. then set the hook on one that was very heavy, got her to move off the bottom. thought I had her on the way to the boat. and she turned and broke off. then I hooked another one, and boated it. a flathead that was the best one I've ever caught. I think it would go 40 or more. I got two guys, that were bank fishing near the boat ramp to take a picture for me. then released her. I'll post a picture on photo board when I get home. caught them on live bluegill.
