With surface temps in the mid/upper 80* range, I'd say they're about 30' or so deep (cold water fish you know) up by the dam under lights usually pays off, Line Creek is another good spot to try (depending on where you launch) we've caught many in both places. You'll do much better IMO with 4lb test line as they have great eyesight and by this time of year are a bit "line shy" with live bait (can go heavier when trolling)

Trout are similar to stripers in that they do not relate much to structure and can be found "anywhere" even in the main river channel , worms, corn, trolling spoons and deep cranks all can work when you find them. Hope this is of some help and hope you have an awesome time, also keep in mind they won't live in a livewell, this time of year, (too warm water) so if you're going to keep any it's a great idea to have a cooler ready with plenty of ice...
