I fished Fishtrap on Monday. But I haven't fished it very much at all, and as far as I know there isn't a Lake map Published so its difficult to figure out. I didn't do very good on monday, I caught a few on a shaky head ( Zoom Trick worm in Watermelon Seed). Keep a lipless crankbait in shad pattern tied on for the whites/Hybrids becuase they were in the jumps all day and they were very easy to catch...I would concentrate on deeper points and fish slow and deep with the shaky head/Jig/DD22 Crankbaits and keep your eyes open for the jumps....Sorry I couldn't be more help.
One of the best hybrid lakes in the state hands down. Very underfished because of its location. It has HUGE flatheads in it and some good channel cats. It is around 40 foot deep or shallower in most places from what I can remember. I used to swim and fish there as a kid every summer until my grandparents moved to Lexington six or so years ago. Largemouth and smallmouth and nice KY's and some killer crappie but they are hard to find. There used to be tons of trees down all around the lake shore for crappie. The bank surrounding the ramp has many christmas trees sunk al around it. We did see a dead rattler on the ramp last time I was there so watch your step if you get off the boat.

Kool man thanks for the feed back just want to kinda kick back and not work to hard on the fishin. I've red about the stripers and will deffinetly have a "little george" armed and ready. Don't really want to rack my brain tring to figure the fish out like I say r&r is what I'm after mainly. Thats kinda why I'm thinking bluegill and I'll definatly look for the cats.
