Flying carp

I went to the west fork white river at Spencer put the boat in and fished a while as i came back up to the ramp a flying carp jumped into the boat what a suprise> I didnt know thay was in there yet.

Did you cut it down the stomach and throw it back in ? All they are good for is fish bait !

Someone on the BBC (bass boat central) website was saying that they are good to eat.....if cooked correctly ??????

I've heard they are good to eat as well. The problem is that they are a pain to clean. That is why it is so hard to find a viable option for mass consumption of these fish, which allows them to keep on destroying fisheries. And btw, they are called Kentucky tuna now! thought that was funny
