I catfished the bank near the fence like some of you told me. I used cutt bluegill but i didnt catch a thing. Was it just that bad of a day? or a bad spot?

It depends on a lot of factors. That ramp area has quite a bit of boat traffic - both fishing and pleasure boats. Just out of curiosity, what time were you fishing...and remember, you are fishing, not catching. Most guys I see catfishing on that bank don't show up until an hour or so before dusk and stay there for several hours after the sun goes down.

Well we got there at about 830. There was alot of boat traffic also. Stayed until 1030, but ran out of bait.
