    Hybrids at the Hyrdos.

Fished at the hydros Tuesday and today (Friday). Tuesday we catfished for a while and caught some small ones. Since I went with Doug and got that 68 pounder, everything is small now.

Today was strictly for the hybrids in the jumps. You had to wait for the jump and then cast into that exact spot before a time limit of 0.879 seconds elapsed or they were gone.

Bright sunshine didn't help matters. What happened to the partly to mostly cloudy day we were supposed to have?

Anyway, we caught our fair share. Smallest was around 3 pounds and the biggest was weighed in at 6 pounds 5 ounces. All released.

    We were using Pop-R's.

    Tight lines to everyone.

Falls of the Ohio. Tyme2fish is killing me with this recon.. Sometimes I prefer it over Cumberland because you just catch so many fish. Thanks for the report!

    TYME,

When you fish the hyrdos and see jumps, is it:

    a. Right behind the hydros
    b. up more toward the duck ponds in the quiet water.
    c. Or down below the ramp on the Indiana side

    a. ABout 200 feet down river, right in front of the hydros.

Mark, I won't question your casting ability, but are you casting aspersions as to onemorecast56's honesty? Doug said it was a 68 pounder on June 30th and I'm still calling it a 68 pounder!!!
